Deborah Beloyed is an elected member of the White Bear Lake school board and deeply invested in her community. Since 2010, she has lived in Hugo with her family — husband, Tim, and two sons, ages 17 and 14 — and has prioritized the health and growth of her neighborhood and school district.
In both grassroots and official leadership roles, Ms. Beloyed contributed significantly to issues directly affecting families, as well as the community at large. Ms. Beloyed has served as Vice-President and President of the Hugo/Oneka PTA; chairperson of those schools’ largest fundraiser, the Hugo and Oneka Color Run; an employee in the Hugo Elementary lunchroom, and board member of the White Bear Lake Area Education Foundation. These commitments, along with her work on school board committees focused on finance and student achievement, demonstrate Ms. Beloyed’s dedication to the varying needs of Hugo and the surrounding cities that encompass the White Bear Lake school district.
She has a deep understanding of not only the high-level issues of a school board member, such as finance and policy, but also the daily issues affecting our students, teachers and schools. Prior to Ms. Beloyed’s service to the community, she was the Vice President of a $20M outsourced management company, and was the founder of the Executive Recruiting Enterprise, D.L. Beloyed & Associates, LLC.
